Who is left outThe EEA, Switzerland, the UK and some US states (Google's Vids post names Texas and Illinois). So every EU country, plus Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein. Google's exclusion covers only uploading video. GIGA reports Omni works in Germany from text or photos (22 Jun 2026).
